Wholesale Policies and Agreement

MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a minimum order requirement for all orders in the amount of $100 after all discounts are applied. All wholesale sales are final. If product should arrive damaged, notification via e-mail must be given within 48 hours after receiving the order, along with photos of the damaged items.

RETAILING OUR ITEMS
You may choose to increase the suggested retail price accordingly to fit the needs of your store.

If you would like to receive professional photos of our products to use in your online shop or on social media, we would be happy to provide them. Please e-mail us at the address below to request photos.

PRODUCTION TIMES
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If your order exceeds our current stock, your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. If you require your order sooner, please e-mail us to arrange priority shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are based on the items and quantities ordered. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
